Day Spa-Salon Marketing - 5 Great Promotional Ideas

Promotions are a great way to get your employees involved. Promotions build morale and momentum. Here are just a few more promotional options that you could be implementing. [See Promotions, Promotions - Part 1]

1. Staff Promotions: Yes, you should constantly promote your staff - to boost morale, reward hard workers and call client's attention to your employees' abilities. Staff promotions could include incentives, choosing a Stylist of the Month, displaying staff's educational certificates, and featuring a different staff member in each newsletter.

Spa

As you can see, promotions will tend to overlap one another. A Father's Day theme promotion will also be a Target Group Promotion aimed at men; it may also be a Retail Promotion if you're including retail discount. Cross-promoting is an acceptable way of covering several bases. Just don't try to promote to every group on every level at once. Experience has taught that the more specific a promotion is, the easier it is to gauge the success of it, so you'll know whether it's worth doing again.

Day Spa-Salon Marketing - 5 Great Promotional Ideas

2. Make-Over Contest: Have clients and potential customers submit photos and letters explaining what they would like to change about their appearance and why they want to have a makeover. Select numerous candidates to undergo the transformation. Make sure you have a photographer on hand to capture the moments. Tie in your makeover contest with a local talk show. Some possible makeover categories are:
Mothers-to-Be Working Women Seasonal College-to-Career New Attitude Over 40 and Fabulous Sweet Sixteen Stylish at 60 Mother Daughter A Family Affair The client receives a free gift item (preferably a retail product) with a required minimum purchase.

3. PURCHASE WITH PURCHASE: Customers are able to buy a special promotional items at reduced savings. Some companies have used umbrellas, tote bags, and trial sizes of products, gym bags, cosmetic bags, clocks or watches. Make sure your promotional items are every bit as wanted as those the department stores offers.

4. FREE LIPSTICK CARDS: The customer may receive a complementary lipstick with any minimum purchase. The lipstick card is an ideal promotional item to distribute after making a presentation to a group of consumers. Try to keep the minimum purchase to a minimum to create foot traffic for the business. A free lipstick/lipgloss offer entices women to walk into your salon.

5. YEARLY COUPON CARD: The object of this promotion card is to establish consistent retail traffic. In order for customers to redeem the coupon for the free gift, they must first make a minimum retail (not service) purchase during the month. The base retail purchase requirement is beneficial for two reasons: Once the client starts to enjoy the free gift each month, she becomes accustomed to a little extra present at the end of each visit. Many clients will budget for their minimum requirement and systematically plan to restock their products monthly so they can take advantage of the coupon offer. It is fun for the client to go home with a little treasure.

Electrical Hot Tub Installation

Hot tubs come in various sizes ranging from the cute, two person "Soft Tub" to the very large multiple person party units.

120 Volt Units

Spa

Some of the small tubs have a 120V 20A power requirement, which means that you can just plug them in to a handy receptacle. I have even seen large tubs set up for 120V power supply. When this is done it takes forever for the tub to warm up due to very little amount of power flowing through the heating elements, I do not recommend this way of installation for the large units.

Electrical Hot Tub Installation

A note of caution here is that the tub will consume most of the circuit capacity so that if you use something with appreciable draw (hair dryer, microwave or other appliance or electric tools) the circuit breaker can be tripped. This is why it is best to run a separate circuit for the hot tub no matter what size it is.

240 Volt Units

Let us start with the two fixed placements.

1) Where is the electric service panel? Preferably the main panel since we will be pulling around 50 Amps of 240 Volt power. It is usually located near a front corner of the house.

2) Where is the hot tub located? Most times this will be located in back of the house.

Power to the Hot Tub

1) Where is the hot tub? Is it on a deck connected to the house or on the ground?

2) Is the house on a slab or is there access under the house?

House and Hot Tub on slab

Let us start with the house and the hot tub on a slab. This scenario tells us that we will need to run the whole power supply line in 1" Schedule 40 PVC conduit in the ground 18 - 24 inches deep depending on jurisdiction. Above ground it has to be in Schedule 80 PVC.

We run the conduit from the main panel down into the ground to the back of the house where we come out of the ground and enter the GFCI disconnect/Spa Pack.

Note: the above is for a surface mounted panel, if yours is flush mounted (or in the wall) then you will need to use two 45 degree sweeps to get into the bottom of the panel. This is quite easily doable, and chalking fills in any excess opening created during the installation process.

The power to the hot tub is required to be Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter protected (NEC 680.22 -A5). This GFCI protection panel (Spa Pack) is to be not closer than 5 feet from the hot tub, yet within site of the unit no gates or walls (NEC 680.24 -B2b).

The conduit then runs back into the ground and out to the hot tub where it re-emerges from the ground. The power feed into the hot tub is usually on the left side of the unit facing the removable access panel. Some units have built in PVC flex conduit leading to the power panel. If your unit does not have the flex already installed then you will need to install some 1" PVC Flex.

Wire selection

Now comes the fun part, pulling in the power wire. Most of the large units require 50 Amps of 240 Volt power. To provide that we will need #6 THHN stranded copper wire. You will need four (4) pieces for each of two runs. From the main panel to GFCI then GFCI to hot tub. Be very careful to measure accurately, Measure from the inside top of the main panel to the trench bottom, the length of the trench, then up into the Spa Pack plus six (6) inches. Next is Spa Pack to hot tub. It is always better to have an extra two feet of wire that you don't use than being 4 inches too short.

The four runs of wire are:

120 V -- Black

120 V -- Red

Neutral -- White

Ground -- Green

The colors are for identification, I do not buy #6 in all of the colors, I use colored coding tape to mark approximately two feet of each end of the wires. Inside of the hot tub control panel they are very good about identifying where each wire goes. It is also time to start filling the hot tub. Now back to the Spa Pack, the red, white and black wires attach to the bottom of the GFCI breaker with the green on the ground lug or bar. The wires from the panel attach to the ground bar (green) neutral bar (white) and the breaker feed lugs (black and red).

We are almost there, now back to the main panel and install a two pole fifty amp breaker (2P50) that is designed for your panel, connect the white and green wires to the neutral/ground bar and the red and black to the breaker. When the tub is full of water then you can turn on the main breaker, the GFCI breaker and start the hot tub from its operating panel. It will take a few hours to heat up. It is fun to check out all of the jets and other features of the tub.

Small 120 Volt tubs

If you are supplying a small tub that only requires a 20 Amp 120 Volt circuit then you use half or three quarter inch PVC conduit and three #12 gage wires, black, white and green. You can also use a standard GFCI receptacle mounted on the side of the house or post within the reach of the hot tub attachment cord.

Raised houses and decks

If you have access under your house and the tub is on a deck you can eliminate a lot of digging by just running the conduit under the house and deck. You follow the same procedure as above only no digging. If there is no flex conduit already installed, I come into the service section directly from the bottom of the deck. Using a 1" 90 degree sweep I determine where I will drill my entry hole, from inside, through the base of the hot tub and connect to the power feed conduit from the GFCI/Spa Pack under the deck. I also do not glue this last sweep until I have pulled in the power supply wires. That makes for an easier pull with less 90's to pull through.

Now it is time to enjoy your work, you did good, celebrate in your new hot tub.

* NEC = National Electric Code which is used by most areas in the US with similar codes in other countries.

Architect Spa Design Floor Plan - Relax and Chill Out

There are lots of floor plans for different spas and gyms available on the internet. Almost all have some of the amenities of Sage Spring Spa and Club but this one had the most interesting floor plan of them all. Before joining an expensive spa or gym, check the ones you are interested in. Compare services, amenities, and prices before you sign anything.

Floor plans for detached condos are laid out similar to a 'home' not part of a condo complex. One floor plan for a detached condo in Michigan has a large family room,/dining room area, master bedroom with private bath, small kitchen area with an island, a powder room, and second-floor bedroom. There is also a garage on the first floor. A basement which can be finished has the potential for at least two more bedrooms. Detached condos are ideal for people who don't have the time or inclination for yard work. It would also be good for elderly people no longer capable of cutting grass or shoveling snow.

Logo Design For a Beauty Salon, Hair Stylist Or Spa Business

When starting out or re-branding a beauty salon, hair salon or spa business, a great logo design is of the utmost importance. This article looks at what logos in these industries are usually like and gives you some ideas about how to go about getting a logo for your health and beauty related business.

The beauty and spa business is all about personal grooming as well as image and effective logos in this industry reflect that by being neat, classy, elegant and exclusive at the same time.

Spa

As modern trends in the salon and spa business are towards natural products based on natural plant, fruit and vegetable extracts, colors for logos tend to be natural and not too bright and flashy. Feminine colors are popular, earthy colors such as light browns work well and light blues are common too.

Logo Design For a Beauty Salon, Hair Stylist Or Spa Business

Fonts tend to be classic with characters flowing together in a style that is beautiful, soft and delicate.

A typical image used in beauty and hair logos includes an outline of a female body or face, either abstract or with minor detailing. Other popular imagery includes, hair, hands and eyes.

Most online logo designers have an extensive portfolio of logo designs on their website. Some even have a specific section of health and beauty logos that they have done and this can be a great way to see what you could expect if you go with one of their packages.

A logo will form the base of your salon or spa branding strategy and will be one of the key factors in determining how customers perceive the quality of your services. A great logo will give your salon or beauty business a unique image that will take you forward to profitability and success.

Bathroom Decorating For A Zen Like Spa Look

Bathroom decorating can be fun and challenging but when it ends up giving you the relaxing feeling of a Zen like spa it is well worth the effort. Here are some tips on how you can get this relaxing feel in your bathroom

You should use soft colors and neutral tones colors for your Zen bathroom. Matching colors with your wall paint, towels and shower curtains is key so get paint cards that have your paint colors on them and bring them shopping with you when you buy your bathroom accessories - that way you will get a perfect match.

Spa

In the bathroom, consider accessorizing with artwork on the walls, as well as toiletry and toothbrush holders, towel racks, towels and decorative soaps. You want to end up with a minimalist look so don't put too much in. Consider sleek designs for the hamper and wastebasket.

Bathroom Decorating For A Zen Like Spa Look

If your bathroom is big enough it could include shoji screens, plants and furniture with simple lines as well as a table water fountain and some bamboo. Window treatments for the Zen bathroom decorating theme should be simple and plain. Try updating your windows with bamboo blinds. After you get the ideal look on your windows, you might realize the walls are drab by comparison. To overcome this, try hanging watercolors or oriental silks in frames around the room.

While you may not think about it much, flooring plays a vital role in your interior design style so putting in bath mats to compliment your Zen decorating theme can really improve it's style. The best type of flooring for the peaceful and serene style is organic woven mats which you will want to purchase in neutral tones.

For some decorative touches which will help tie together your Zen decor think about a lotus bowl with 1 flower, rice paper lamps, and Asian pottery to accent your room design. You could also add towels that match your wall colors rolled up and stacked in a bamboo basket just like you might find at the spa.

Your Zen bathroom decorating theme can be a snap if you take the time to plan it out adequately. Simply buy the pieces on your plan and put them in place - your room with have the feeling of a peaceful spa before you know it.

Galvanic Spa Review - I Love the Spa But the Pricey Treatment Gels Had to Go

The Galvanic Spa is a hand held device that delivers a low level galvanic current which facilitates the transport of the ingredients into the skin. In terms of price, the Galvanic Spa is reasonable alternative between expensive treatments like Mesotherapy and Velasmooth.

I find the spa to be a great device that brings spa skincare into the home, a high end luxury item at an affordable price point that really does work.

Spa

The goal of the Galvanic Spa is to give your skin a radiant, healthy-looking glow with a combination of safe, gentle, low-level galvanic currents and two specially formulated gels. Using its unique Galvanic currents, the Galvanic spa is able to stimulate cell rejuvenation for your face, scalp, and body, while they remove toxins and impurities from your skin.

Galvanic Spa Review - I Love the Spa But the Pricey Treatment Gels Had to Go

Beauty skincare routines have been in existence since people were able to see their reflections.

For more than 50 years, spa and salon professionals have used gentle galvanic currents in customized treatments to refresh and energize the skin. These treatments, through a gentle massaging action, help to focus cellular energy and enhance circulation. These treatments stimulate blood circulation, bringing a number of benefits to the skin.

Galvanic Spa is recommended to be used with the Pre-Treatment and Treatment Facial Gels. These rejuvenating facial gels work with the face conductor to draw out dulling debris and allow pores to breathe, while delivering beneficial nutrients that focus energy and facilitate recovery from stress.

The pre-treatment gel with marigold, sea kelp, and vanilla extracts promises to help pores breathe and remove impurities, and condition and soothe tired skin. The only problem I have with it is the cost of constantly replacing the viles of treatment gels at for only 4 of each (two weeks worth).

Galvanic Spa Pre-Treatment Facial Gel helps remove impurities so your pores can breathe while Galvanic Spa Treatment Facial Gel revives and invigorates tired skin by promoting cellular energy. The treatment gel, with arginine and magnesium, helps skin recover from stress, promotes cellular energy, and further regenerates and hydrates the skin.

I recently purchased the Galvanic Spa, I love the device but, as I said the viles of treatment gels are too pricey. I cannot afford for two weeks of treatments,

There is an alternative. Now I can afford to do two treatments every day, if I choose.

I have been using the Miracle II soap, neutralzer gel and lotion. These products are "negatively charged", as the pre treatment gels which are recommended with the Galvanic Spa are negatively charged on the number one fountain. The spa slides over the skin remarkably well. The soap or neuralizer gel, you may use both, or either, pulls the toxins from the skin, tightens the pores and reduces puffiness and wrinkles. My skin looks ten years younger.

For my body I use the Galvanic Spa on the positive fountain then, spray a mixture of olive oil, and essential oils to remove cellulite and tighten my skin. There are many essential oils which are very beneficial for the face, and body,

The basis of the Miracle II products is that the water is first put through an electrical process known as eloptic energy. This process transforms it to include highly charged mineral clusters. Studies show that toxic chemicals would literally be broken down and transformed into benign or usable beneficial by products by the action of the charged clusters.

Miracle II products all contain an electrically treated coconut based surfactant in addition to the ash of dedecyl sulfate. Miracle II is a gentle, environmentally friendly, biodegradable soap with remarkable cleaning, cleansing, degreasing, neutralizing, and detoxifying attributes and contains no animal fats, harmful chemicals or preservatives.

Miracle II Neutralizer restores proper functioning at a cellular level because it balances the fluids in your body and, in turn, results in proper absorption of nutrients. Miracle II Neutralizer Gel is an incredibly effective skin-repair lotion. This extracted substance from the soap was labeled "neutralizer" and it became very popular with Miracle II users. for use on the skin, which resulted in more testimonials on the beneficial effect of Miracle II on the skin, including clearing up acne.
Neutralizer gel contains electrically engineered eloptic energized stabilized oxygenated water, Ash of Dedecyl solution, Calcium, Potassium, Magnesium and Carbopol 940.

Moisturizing Soap also contains vitamin E, and cold pressed avocado, almond, coconut and olive oils. Moisturizing Soap and Neutralizer Gel also available in gallon size. Liquid Detoxifying Moisturizing Soap is a blend of three of the Miracle II Products, the Soap, Neutralizer, and the Skin Moisturizing Lotion are specially formulated into this Moisturizing Soap.

If you are looking to purchase or have already purchased the Galvanic Spa I recommend you look into Miracle II products to include in your skin care system, the products can be used for an incredible number of other uses from personal.

Miracle II products are very affordable, the 22 oz soap retails for .00 each, the neutralizer gel 8 oz .00, the products can be purchased wholesale for 50% less if purchased by the case of twelve.

Pubic Hair Removal - Tips When Waxing

Pubic hair removal is now a matter of concern for both men and women. For hygiene reasons alone many individuals choose to remove unwanted body hair in the pubic area, hence, the search for the best pubic hair removal method.

Waxing is one very popular method. It is inexpensive, it can be done from home, and the results last for some weeks in many cases.

Spa

Use these tips to get the best results if you choose to use waxing as your pubic hair removal method of choice:

Pubic Hair Removal - Tips When Waxing

Avoid showering and making the hair wet prior to waxing. Hair absorbs the water making it soft and less likely to adhere well to the wax. Tough hair is easier to pull off. Be sure to test a small area of skin first to make sure there is no acute sensitivity or allergic reaction to pubic hair removal using waxing. Hair should be at least 1/8 inch long. If it isn't wait until it reaches this length. Be sure to wash the skin thoroughly and dry it well beforehand to remove any lotions or oils which may prevent the wax from adhering closely to the skin. Heat the wax carefully so as not to overheat and thus burn the skin when applying. Test on a small area first. The consistency should be soft rather than runny. If pain and discomfort is a main concern use a pain reducing gel or cream available from pharmacists. These solutions should be applied 30 to 60 minutes before waxing so the skin is numbed beforehand. Apply a thin layer of wax in the direction of the hair growth and peel back with a rapid movement close to the skin. Do not pull up or out, rather pull back. Clean the skin with a warm moist towel afterwards to remove excess wax. Avoid wearing tight clothing over freshly waxed areas to minimize the risk of irritation and ingrown hairs. 24-48 hours after pubic hair removal waxing, exfoliate the skin (with a Loofa sponge for example) to prevent the dead skin from accumulating and causing hair to become ingrown.
Best Positions When Performing A Waxing Pubic Hair Removal Session:

Option 1: Sit in a chair with your feet up above your waist and legs spread apart. Option 2. Sit with one leg propped above your waist and the other leg resting on the floor. Option 3. Lie on your back with legs wide apart and raised in the air so that all the waxable areas are spread taut. Option 4. Lie on your side with the bottom leg straight out and the top leg bent at the knee and tucked behind the straight leg. Option 5. Bend the knees and keep the legs wide apart so the genital areas are easy to work on. Put a mirror on the ground if necessary for better control.

Many persons prefer to have the waxing pubic hair removal procedure carried out at a salon by a professional. See the resource box for a helpful article on what to expect from what is called Brazilian Waxing.

The Origin Of Spa - A Brief History

A spa, as known to us today, is a centre for treatments through various alternate medications, and has grown to include relaxation, unwinding and getting pampered. But what makes for an interesting read is the origin of this culture, and the genesis of the word spa. So, when did the concept of spa - relaxing and getting treated for ailments through water - come into being? Where from did it get its present name? There are myriad answers to these questions, but all intertwined in the same theory.

Genesis of the spa

Spa

Popular belief has it that the origin of spa dates back to the Roman era, when soldiers of their legions fatigued by wars, would take to rejuvenation, relaxation and treatment of sore wounds through water. Hot, natural spring water was considered to be the best cure for wounds and tired muscles. The legionnaires, hence, started building baths around naturally found hot water springs or hot water wells. These baths were popularly known as 'aquae', while the treatments undertaken at these aquae were called 'Sanus Per Aquam' - of which SPA is considered to be an acronym - meaning health by or through water. Others believe that spa is an ellipsis of the Latin phrase 'Sanitas Per Aquas', meaning the same. The Belgian town Spa, which rose to fame in the 14th century in this context, thus got its name, since a thermal spring having curative and thermal properties was discovered there.

The Origin Of Spa - A Brief History

Another accepted credence is that the word spa is derived from the Walloon (the dialect of the people of Wallonia in south Belgium) word espa, meaning fountain. Alternatively, the origin of the word can also be attributed to the Latin word 'spagere', which means to scatter, sprinkle or moisten.

History of the spa

Social bathing was religiously adhered to as a culture in the ancient Mesopotamian, Egyptian, Minoan, Greek, and Roman civilizations. Among the first to use a variety of baths, the Greeks pioneered the concept of laconica (hot water tubs and hot air baths). The Romans adopted and modified it progressively into balneum and then thermae (Greek for heat). This spearheaded the culture of social bathing which gained immense popularity in the following years. Even though the first thermae can be traced back to 25 BC, the balneum existed in the Roman society almost 200 years before the advent of thermae. Each succeeding emperor to the Roman throne outdid his forerunner in building more spacious and luxurious baths. Some baths were large enough to hold about 6000 bathers at a time.

Growth of the spa culture

Subsequent years saw the thermae grow into wholesome entertainment complexes where bathers could indulge in sports, leisure, and restaurants apart from the varied baths available. A characteristic bath comprised of visits to different chambers for a complete relaxation routine. The bathing ritual started with exercises at palestra, followed by an hour long session in three increasingly warmer rooms beginning with tepidarium, where the bather's body would be smeared with oils and other herbal extracts. Private bathing rooms called caldariums that offered a choice of hot or cold water would be the next in line. The bather then moved on to laconicum, the hottest chamber of the thermae, where a vigorous massage and dead skin scraping would be carried out with the help of an object called strigil. The bath would end with a dip in a pool of cool water known as the frigidarium. After this ritual, the bather could relax in the other parts of the thermae indulging in a sumptuous meal, or retiring to the library. Since baths were located in close proximity to natural hot or mineral springs, the Renaissance witnessed towns abundant in natural springs graduating into spa destinations. Some examples are that of Spa, Belgium; Paeffers, Switzerland; Baden-Baden Germany; and Bath, Engalnd. Often these natural waters were considered to have medicinal properties and curative value.

The downfall and rediscovery of the spa

The fall of the Roman Empire resulted in a decrease in the popularity of the thrmae concept the world over. All existing spas fell prey to the cyclic order of being discovered, forgotten, and then being rediscovered. But although spas and hot water treatments went in and out of vogue since man first stumbled over the concept, water as a healing liquid never lost sheen. With innovations in the medical science, allopathy took over almost every other branch of medicine and well being in the early 20th century. Dispensaries and public hospitals started to be viewed as an alternative to natural healing processes. This threw the existing spas out of gear as they got transformed into vacationing hubs, losing their original purpose and catering only to the rich. Other spas responded by concentrating on the beauty business offering an amalgam of fitness and beauty in glorified saloons called day spas.

But, thanks to the indulgent and health conscious populace that looks at relaxation more as a way of life rather than a leisure activity, the spa culture has sprung back to life in most parts of the world. Modern spas, though having undergone a paradigm shift in their ways of treatment, still retain water therapy as their nucleus, and follow a routine of cleaning, heating, treatment and rest, akin to their older counterparts.

The spa of today

Call it thermal waters or spa, the concept of healing through water is also known by copious other terms such as taking the waters, spa therapy, balenotherapy, or hydrotherapy. The meaning of spa has constantly evolved through the ages to accommodate several other types of treatments. Now, spa treatments can range from wet and dry treatments to wellness therapies and beauty treatments. Treatments at spa include thalassotherapy, meditation, Yoga, Ayurveda flotation therapy, watsu, wassertanzen, water dance, liquid sound, Swedish massage, Japanese Shiatsu, Thai massage, European facials, acupuncture, Dead Sea salt scrubs, Moor mud wraps, aromatherapy, reflexology, microdermabrasion, endermologie, reiki, aura imaging, rasul, hypnotherapy, Tai Chi, dream therapy and much more. Mechanical devices such as Jacuzzi whirlpools, hydrotherapy tubs, Swiss showers, scotch hoses, and vichy showers have been developed to assist these therapies efficiently, and have collectively made the spa experience a better one. Today's spa has successfully stuck to its core traditions, simultaneously innovating, interpreting and expressing them in its own way.

How to Fill a Hot Tub - Spa Filling Guide

So, you have your hot tub installed, setup and all ready to use. Are you ready to fill it up? Here's how to fill it up the right way:

Step 1) Make sure your electricity is switched off. Now, lets talk about water. Do you know what type of water you have running through your pipes? Is it soft or hard? Its important to know that hard water can cause stains, scales and deposits of calcium. Soft water on the other hand isn't your best friend either because it can be more corrosive. Avoid softened tap water for sure. As far as cold or hot goes, we recommend starting out with warm water.

Step 2) Take out the filter that was factory installed. Put the end of your garden hose a couple of inches inside the pipe or the place where the filter was.

Step 3) Switch on the water through the hose at full pressure. The spa should start filling up at this point.

Step 4) Verify the level of water and the depth to which you will be filling water (also called fill depth). The right fill depth is a couple of inches (2-3 at most) above the filter (the top). If you get the fill depth wrong, water might not be circulated properly within your spa

Step 5) Once the spa is filled up and you have replaced the filter cartridge, its time to switch on the power (ideally with the help of an electrician or someone who knows what they're doing).

Step 6) Switch the jet buttons on and off repeatedly. This is to make sure that the water is flowing properly and the jets are functioning as they should. Confirm that the flow of water from all the jets is the same. If not, call your spa company's service center phone number and email their support team.

Step 7) Once the spa is filled up, add about 2 ounces of an anti-scaling and anti-staining product for every 250 gallons of water. This is something that you should do every time you drain and refill the spa. These anti-scaling and anti-staining products will get rid of the harmful metals and minerals that will affect the spa surface. In about fifteen minutes, also add a teaspoon of chlorine and either bromine tablets. Check your equipment guide or call the service number to confirm the quantity of anything you add to the water.

Step 8) This is the fun step where you set your temperature. We think a temperature between 100 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit is ideal.
